Central’s slick little escape is going full “wine-nerd, but make it Riviera” for one night only. LPM HK (La Petite Maison, H Queen’s) is hosting an exclusive white wine discovery dinner with Domaine Rijckaert on 26th May 2026—strictly limited to just 14 seats, so yes, this is the kind of table you lock in fast.
The star of the night is Florent Rouve, the celebrated owner and winemaker behind Domaine Rijckaert. Think a curated journey across two iconic white wine worlds—Burgundy (Mâconnais & Viré-Clessé) and Jura (Arbois & Côtes du Jura)—all built on Jurassic clay-limestone terroirs. Expect signature aromatics, textured minerality, and that fresh, tension-filled finish that makes every sip feel like it’s got momentum.
The wine line-up is stacked: Rijckaert Bourgogne Aligoté “Bien Élevé” 2021, Rijckaert Pouilly-Fuissé VV 2021, Rijckaert Arbois “En Paradis” Chardonnay 2022, Rijckaert Arbois Savagnin 2023, Rijckaert Côtes du Jura “Les Sarres” Savagnin 2023, and the finale—Rijckaert Vin Jaune Florent Rouve 2017, followed by the pièce de résistance: Rijckaert Meursault 1er Cru Blagny 2017 from Rouve’s personal collection, transported to Hong Kong just for this evening.
Dinner is led by Head Chef Yahya Sarir, with bright spring Riviera flavours and a lighter, refreshing approach designed for clean pairing. Highlights include Yellowtail Carpaccio with Guacamole and Citrus Dressing, Marinated Baby Artichokes, Snails with Garlic Butter, Veal Milanese, and Mushroom Risotto.
Price: HK$1,480 per person (subject to 10% service charge). Venue: La Petite Maison (Hong Kong), H Queen’s, 23-29 Stanley Street, Central.
