    Morton’s The Steakhouse Hong Kong is turning bar season into a slider flex: Smash Burger Month runs
    May 11 to May 29 at the Bar. Expect three chef-crafted smashburger slider pairings—
    each one built like a full-on mini meal: two smashburger sliders on toasted brioche, plus a signature side and a
    matching drink.

    First up, The All-American (HK$328) goes classic with bacon jam, crispy bacon, American cheese, and Morton’s
    special sauce. Choose your side—onion rings or matchstick French fries—then sip along with
    either State & Rush Cabernet Sauvignon or a Bourbon Old Fashioned.

    Next, The French Connection (HK$328) is straight-up French bistro energy: black truffle aioli, Gruyère,
    and caramelized red onions on toasted brioche, served with Parmesan-truffle matchstick French fries.
    Pair it with Château Baret Bordeaux or a Sazerac.

    And if you’re craving something sun-kissed, The Italian Getaway (HK$348) brings provolone, Calabrian chile aioli,
    and fresh arugula—plus crispy polenta fries. Drink choice: seasonal sangria or
    Cecchi Chianti Classico.

    Want to level it up? Guests can upgrade any set to a full-size smash burger for an additional HK$100.
    Perfect for after-work hangs and casual meetups—polished enough to feel special, approachable enough to crave again.
