    Lobster Bar and Grill at Island Shangri-La is dialing up the drama for Mother’s Day weekend,
    with a modern European brunch and dinner on 10 May 2026. Think seafood-forward
    comfort, polished service, and a side of serious sparkle—because the restaurant has teamed
    up with premium cold-brewed sparkling tea brand Saicho for curated pairings
    and giftable moments that feel very “urban foodie, but make it wholesome.”

    The culinary lineup is built around classic indulgence: start with the Classic Lobster Bisque,
    then chase it with a Grilled Lobster that’s char-kissed and succulent. If you’re
    more of a mains-first person, the Roast Beef is carved to perfection—an easy win
    for sharing (or not, we won’t judge).

    What makes this Mother’s Day special isn’t just the menu—it’s the Saicho touch. For brunch guests,
    you’ll get an elegant gift set with two complimentary 200ml bottles of Saicho Sparkling Tea
    in Darjeeling and Jasmine flavours. There’s also a complimentary
    Polaroid photo shoot, with a framed Instax keepsake to lock in the memories.

    Dinner guests go a little more cinematic: enjoy a complimentary glass of Saicho Osmanthus sparkling tea
    on arrival, plus an “Osmanthus notebook” as a memento. You’ll also get that
