The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong is going full “treat mom like the main character” this Mother’s Day,
with a whole lineup built around MICHELIN-star dining and feel-good spa reset vibes.

Start with Sichuan Culinary Journey at Café 103—a Sichuan buffet with Victoria Harbour views.
Expect signature comfort classics like Leshan-style bites, Bobo Chicken, pan-fried beef ribs with chili peppers,
and Chengdu-style Ma Po tofu. There’s also a seafood-on-ice moment (oysters at lunch; dinner upgrades to Alaska King Crab legs).
Limited highlights round it out, from Double-Boiled Chicken Soup with Bamboo Pith and Conpoy to a truffle-taglioni pasta station.

For the “dress up, eat like royalty” crowd, head to Tin Lung Heen (MICHELIN Two-Star, led by Chef Paul Lau)
for a dramatic Cantonese celebration. Meanwhile, Tosca di Angelo brings Italian polish (MICHELIN One-Star)
    with multi-course brunch/dinner options.

Need the full pamper arc? Spa meanwhile rolls out “Mother’s Solo Serenity” at The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Hong Kong
    (valid May 1–31, 2026; prices starting at HK$2,080 per person Mon–Thu, HK$2,280 Fri–Sun & public holidays).

    Menu Price + Venue/Chef:
Café 103 Sichuan buffet pricing includes HK$998 per adult (lunch) / HK$608 per child, and dinner seatings starting
from HK$1,198 per adult (Round 1) or HK$1,128 per adult (Round 2).
Tin Lung Heen is led by Chef Paul Lau.
