Wan Chai’s day-to-night favourite, The Baker & The Bottleman, is turning
Tuesday to Saturday into an after-work food mission. Think burgers that need both hands
(and zero apologies), nostalgic fish & chips that hit like comfort classics, and steak
nights built for lingering over great company.

This weekly evening dining series keeps it simple: three themed nights, ingredient-led
cooking, and big flavours that don’t get precious. Tuesdays run the Burger Club
with bold creations such as the Hong Kong Yellow Cow Burger (HK$168) and the
Sichuan Hot Chicken Burger (HK$128)—plus a special price on the TBTB Fish Burger.
Thursdays bring the British reset: crisp battered fish with golden fries, paired with a complimentary beer
    or soft drink.

Saturdays are pure beef energy—premium cuts, an all-you-can-eat fries situation, and steakhouse vibes
right on Lee Tung Avenue. Want the full menu vibes? Order online at
