Morton’s The Steakhouse Hong Kong is rolling out a limited-time Steak and Sushi Menu from April 17th to the 30th—
yes, steakhouse comfort with sushi finesse in the same sit-down.

Think of it like an East-meets-West combo night: you start with crowd-favourite sides like the Chopped House Salad,
a Steakhouse Wedge (pick your dressing), and comforting classics such as a Classic Caesar or the rich, velvety Lobster Bisque.
Then you level up with sushi rolls—Spicy Tuna or Garden Vegetable—plus an ultra-premium Spicy Lobster Roll made with Boston lobster.
Want the splurge? It’s available as an upgrade for an extra HK$288.

Main character energy comes from premium steaks: the 6oz Petite Filet Mignon (HK$788), the marbled 8oz M9 Wagyu Bavette (HK$688),
or the 10oz Prime Manhattan Cut (HK$888). Finish each bite with Black Truffle Butter, Garlic-Herb Butter, or Rémy Martin Sauce Au Poivre.
And if you’re the “no side left behind” type, add a signature side for HK$48—creamed spinach, charred broccolini,
truffled cream corn, onion rings, mashed potatoes, or Parmesan & Truffle French Fries.

Reservations: (852) 2732 2343 — The Sheraton Hotel Hong Kong, 4th Level, 20 Nathan Road, Kowloon.
