Newly opened Migas Hong Kong introduces a vibrant new Saturday brunch inspired by Mediterranean market culture and the relaxed rhythm of long weekend afternoons. Located in Central, the restaurant brings a contemporary mercado-style dining concept where sharing plates, signature mains and free-flow drinks come together in a lively, social setting.

Available every Saturday from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM, the “Make It a Set” Weekend Brunch allows guests to customise their meal by pairing starters and small plates with signature mains, creating a flexible and generous brunch experience designed for sharing. Brunch-exclusive dishes include elevated egg classics, Spanish-inspired specialities and indulgent sweet plates, alongside selected signature dinner dishes available during brunch.

To complete the Mediterranean experience, guests can enjoy a two-hour free-flow drinks package featuring champagne, sparkling wine, Spanish vermut, Aperol Spritz, Bloody Mary, wines and beer, turning brunch into a festive, afternoon-long gathering that can continue into the evening on the terrace.
