On April 9, 2026, Man Ho Chinese Restaurant hosts a one-night-only culinary showcase presented by the Chinese Restaurant Awards.

Part of the New Wave Discovery Series, the dinner unites Rising Star Chef awardees from Asia and Canada for an exclusive collaboration in Hong Kong. Leading the evening is Chef Jayson Tang, joined by Chef Andersen Lee of Montreal and Chef Steven Che of Vancouver.

Together, the trio will present a multi-course menu celebrating contemporary Chinese cuisine — blending personal heritage with premium Hong Kong ingredients and Canadian seafood. Expect refined Cantonese foundations, narrative-driven creativity and modern technique, all set within JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong.
