This unassuming shop is tucked away on Thomson Road – a street full of hardware shops. Selected by Michelin in the street food category. The Shanghai Pan-Fried Buns, otherwise known as “Sheng Jian Bao”, are placed in a shallow oiled flat pan and fried with crispy bottoms. The bun is filled with pork and gelatin which melts into soup after heating. The signature buns are prepared fresh in-store and are filled with rich pork bone broth and topped with sliced spring onions. Their signature beef bun are served with Black Truffle Buns , and Pan Fried Buns with Shrimps too. There are other accompanying dishes such as Pork & Vegetable Wonton Soup, Curry Beef Glass Noodles with Soup, Fried Pork Chop Noodles with Soup and Stirred Noodles with Scallion Oil.
