Nikutoeiba Matsuda, a Japanese restaurant specializing in wagyu kappo cuisine, opened its first international venue in Hong Kong, offering a wagyu-centric dining experience. Unlike traditional establishments, each course stars wagyu beef, with the menu changing monthly except for two signature dishes: Wagyu Beef Tartare Sushi and Wagyu Fillet Cutlet Sandwich.
