Keyaki is a Japanese charcoal grill and sake bar in Lan Kwai Fong Unique among kushiyaki restaurants in Hong Kong, Keyaki uses real charcoal for grilling its skewers, which results in smokier and richer aroma, taste and aftertaste. The restaurant is quite small, with mainly seats at the bar but it is all part of the dining experience as you are able to watch the chefs prepare each dish over the large charcoal grill. Minced chicken skewers served with a raw egg and tare sauce, JP A4 Wagyu ribeye, chicken liver, miso pork ribs, chicken wings, spare ribs, vegetable and much more all of these meat skewers were right on point: seasoned, marinated, and grilled to perfection. More than 50 different Japanese sakes, as well as shochu, plum wine and draft beer are on offer to accompany the food
