Located in the iconic building, 1881 formerly the Marine Police Headquarters, Fortune Villa is a Cantonese fine-dining restaurant that celebrates traditional dim sum. Signature dim sum selections include the Baked Abalone Puff with Diced Chicken and Steamed Bean Curd Rolls with Duck Web, a long-forgotten culinary tradition revived by Fortune Villa’s master chefs. Fortune Villa also presents a special fishing village-themed include handmade condiments and dried goods prepared by local villagers. Among their signature dish : stir-fried lamb with pickled tofu with peppers takes after locally-produced Liu Ma Kee preserved tofu.
