四月10家新店尝鲜

四月,香港餐饮界迎来三家风格迥异的新店。铜锣湾的 GYU+bar by Miyoshi 以500度火山岩窑火,演绎和牛的艺术;Um Yong Baek 将釜山招牌猪肉汤饭带到中环,呈献暖胃的朴实滋味;而上环的 Mara 则打造出一个宁静的地中海歇息之所。
