When Art Becomes a Feast for the Senses
From 26 March to 5 April 2026, the Central Yards Edible Art Fair makes its Hong Kong debut with a first-of-its-kind immersive experience that blends art, flavour, and storytelling at the Central Harbourfront.
Designed for the culturally curious and global explorers alike, this multi-sensory fair transforms iconic art movements into ten interactive gallery installations, each paired with a specially crafted edible creation. From Impressionism and Surrealism to Modernism and Neo-Pop, visitors are invited to experience art not only through sight, but through taste, texture, and playful discovery.
A Playful Journey Where Taste Meets Imagination
Two galleries spotlight Hong Kong’s own creative identity, featuring Contemporary Art and New Ink installations developed exclusively with local artists.
Set within a purpose-built tent, the experience unfolds at an easy, self-guided pace, encouraging curiosity, photography, and moments of surprise — redefining how art can be enjoyed, shared, and savoured by all ages.
