Guests can enjoy a diverse selection of Italian wines and unique cocktails created by bar manager Vanderson ‘Vandy’ Santos Da Costa.Situated on the top floor of 28 Stanley Street in Central, Top Town is an Art Deco-inspired bar offering stunning panoramic views of the city’s business district and Victoria Harbor.
