A creative integration of punk rock and Japanese style, TMK serves lip-smacking hand rolls, as well as a selection of sushi and sashimi. TMK is a creation of Pirata group. A refreshing take on the traditional Japanese temakeria, the new restaurant boasts an eye-catching menu with playfully named sections. TMK is a venue where drinks flow freely and drunken nights are a given. With a shout of “Drinks On Me” by a guest, each person within TMK will be poured a generous serve of sake, with boisterous cheers and the sound of the restaurant’s gong following. The menu offer a tempting selection of classic and signature sushi, fresh-from-the-sea sashimi, and refreshing takes on traditional Japanese dishes. Freshly rolled fist-sized temaki is hugged with a light, crispy and charcoal grilled layer of nori (seaweed) filled with fleshy King Crab, fatty Bluefin Toro, generous portions of Hokkaido Sea Urchin and more. Signature Dishes – the crispy Iberico Kushikatsu and the chewy textured Green Tea Soba – classic hand roll fresh Hamachi Tomato and the vegetarian Avocado & Quinoa – the Tuna Hotdog and Salmon Taco with a rich yuzu mayo and buttery avocado tempura.
