Peking duck, Interior Design, Balcony, Dim Sum
Hong Kong’s favourite Chinese dishes served in colonial elegance on the top floor of the old Police Headquarters. Inside, soothing jade green accents the rich fabrics, delicate lighting features and elegant carpeting. We recommend the balconies sitting on each side. Conceived by founder David Yeo and inspired by his vast personal library of Chinese cookbooks, The Chinese Library showcases dishes from the diverse culinary regions of China The signature is the apple-roasted 45-day imperial Peking duck. But you’ll also find chrysanthemum ‘thousand cut’ silken tofu in chicken broth, BBQ pork loin in New Zealand manukau honey, and Sichuan garoupa in chili broth with glass noodles. A delicate dim sum is also available.
