Sushiyoshi has two michelin stars in Ossaka and open its first international branch in Hong Kong Under the supervision of Chef-owner Hiroki Nakanoue, Sushiyoshi Hong Kong is helmed by Chef Sugawara and uses the exact same ingredients as the Osaka shop wherever possible. Chef-owner Hiroki Nakanoue offer a new kind of Japanese fine dining experience through his creative and innovative sushi. The sushi omakase menu, comprising of 17 to 21 courses, featuring signature dishes such as waffle with scallop tartare, botan shrimp carpaccio and syphon dashi, and caviar d’Aquitaine uni rice.
