Roganic, led by British chef Simon Rogan, relocated in 2025 with a new sharing-style set menu, maintaining its modern British, farm-to-table, and zero-waste ethos. It offers four drink pairings for all preferences. Originally launched in Hong Kong in 2019, Roganic earned a Green Michelin Star by sourcing fresh ingredients from the city’s outer territories. Now in a spacious, sustainable venue at Lee Garden One, the menu by chefs Oli Marlow and Adam Catterall features refined dishes like Hainan-cured mackerel and Nantou tomatoes, with a new sharing main course option.
