Pecorino Brings Easy Italian to Sheung Wan New on Bonham Strand, Pecorino is a casual Italian restaurant by Gold Moon Group (behind Jeonpo Meat Shop and Antidote). Set in a former HSBC space, it boasts lofty ceilings, big windows, and plenty of daylight. On the menu: handmade pasta like bottarga linguine in mussel broth, or vodka tomato conchiglie with basil and almonds. Also on offer are hand-tossed Neapolitan pizzas, including margherita and ssalsiccia with stracciatella, sausage, and olives.
