Guests can enjoy the Hong Kong-style yum cha experience, with trolleys filled with steamed buns, siu mai, and har gow circulating the restaurant, providing an authentic and memorable dining experience. Lin Heung operates on a first-come, first-served basis and does not accept reservations. Upon arrival, guests receive a tally card and essential utensils from the waitstaff. There is no English menu or pre-ordering system. Instead, diners approach the steam carts to view available dishes. To order, present the tally card, receive a stamp for the chosen item on the trolley and return to the table with the selected dim sum.
