Kicho specializes in tori kappo dishes, featuring Kuro Satsuma chicken from Kagoshima Prefecture, known for its optimal fat content and fine fibers. The restaurant offers a 16-course omakase experience, including a variety of starters, yakitori skewers, slow-cooked chicken, vegetables, main courses, and desserts. They focus on using fresh seasonal Japanese ingredients, with their charcoal-grilled tori kappo being particularly light and delicious. Kicho also offers a wide range of sake made from organically cultivated rice and wine pairings from Miyazaki Prefecture to complement the dishes. Located in Central Hong Kong, Kicho offers authentic Japanese yakitori in a relaxed, traditional setting. The bar seating enhances the interactive dining experience. Led by chef Chikashi Yoshida, known for his yakitori kappo expertise, the restaurant follows a comb-to-claw dining ritual, featuring signature charcoal-grilled chicken skewers served in an omakase format
