Hikiniku to Come (Hong Kong)

Steakhouse, Japan, Lovers, Casual diner, Great View
Every morning, we freshly grind 100% Japanese beef on-site, grilling it over charcoal right before our customers’ eyes, and serve it with rice cooked in a traditional Hagama pot. We adhere to the “three Justs” principle – “Just ground, Just grilled, Just cooked” – to deliver the ultimate hamburger steak experience. Hikiniku to Come, a popular Japanese hamburger steak restaurant, has opened its first location in Hong Kong. This Japanese eatery specializes in freshly prepared beef patties, which are minced and shaped on-site before being grilled over charcoal. What sets this place apart is its single-item menu: a set meal featuring three 90g beef patties, a bowl of rice, and miso soup, which consistently attracts large crowds. If you plan to dine at Hikiniku to Come, note that the restaurant uses a ticket-based reservation system similar to its locations in Japan, requiring diners to queue for a ticket during lunch or dinner service.
