Hansik Goo

Chef, Set menu, Fine Dining, Interior Design
Hansik Goo combines the meanings of “Han” (one) and “Sikgoo” (family), with “Hansik” representing Korean cuisine by Chef Mingoo. The restaurant aims to deliver a bold interpretation of Korean culinary culture, from home-cooked dishes and royal-inspired cuisine to Chef Mingoo’s innovative creations. Located in Central and managed by ZS Hospitality Group, Hansik Goo is one of Hong Kong’s few high-end Korean restaurants, offering a single tasting menu with additional options. The dishes blend Korean and Western elements, like the popular samgye risotto reimagined as deep-fried chicken rolls with mushroom mousse and ginseng rice. The wine list is diverse, featuring wines from various grape varieties and countries, alongside a unique selection of traditional Korean alcohol.
