Fukuro, an izakaya opening in soho in May. An izakaya (居酒屋) (Japanese: [izakaja]) is a type of informal Japanese pub. The place have been designed as a contemporary and minimalist restaurant inspired by Japanese Carpentry. As an Izakaya, Fukuro is all about casual eating and easy drinking. Having a traditional japanese whisky and small dishes as seasonal vegetable pickled,japanese oysters or sashimi platter,platter of Market Fish, Octopus with Potato Confit and Ginger Soy. For meat lover, I will recommend the Wagyu bavette with seaweed soy soy grilled to the perfection.
