Flagstaff House Museum of Tea Ware, located in Hong Kong Park, was originally built in the 1840s as the office and residence of the British Forces commander. Converted into a museum in 1984, it focuses on promoting China’s tea drinking culture through exhibitions, demonstrations, and lectures. The museum, featuring Western-style architecture, is renowned for its collection of tea ware, including the generous donations of Dr K.S. Lo. Regular events and programs are held to further promote ceramic art and Chinese tea culture.
