Founded by Abel Ortiz Alvarez, a 12-year veteran in the food & beverage business native to Peru, Chullschick is a “Made in Peru” rotisserie concept that’s the first of its kind in Hong Kong. Small venue with hilarious and colourful artwork that adorns the walls. Combining the best Peruvian and French produce with cooking techniques and experience passed down from generation to generation, it is the only restaurant that has received recognition from Promperú in Hong Kong, and Abel aims to bring the most authentic Peruvian casual dining experience possible with his latest venture. French poultry is marinated in dark beer and spices for two days, then grilled on a unique rotisserie set-up until juicy and crispy. Melt in mouth pork belly (smoked one hour) sandwich, Chulls ceviche, shrimp, passion food and cracker bowl or Brasa sandwich with shredded chicken, avocado purée, tartare sauce and Chulls bread.
