Chilli Fagara, Old Bailey Street, is a more spacious venue with an eclectic mix of contemporary and traditional Chinese décor – chic décor with slanted wood-paneled ceilings and bright red walls.Based on the Ma La Tang concept for numbing (ma), burning (la) and neutral (tang) tastes of Sichuan food, Chilli Fagara’s menu covers a range of Sichuan specialties – it’s best to end with a ‘La’ dish.The restaurant is offering a wine pairing menu to perfectly match with the spice.Signature dish : Chilli crab glazed beef with caramelised garlic and ginger-infused sauce.
