Located on the 6th floor of the four season hotel, Caprice 3-star Michelin is not only the most glamourous and elegant french restaurants in Hong Kong but it also boasts impressive views of the harbour. Caprice chef de cuisine Guillaume Galliot (Jardin des Sens in Montpellier, The Tasting Room by Galliot in the City of Dreams) has a distinct cooking style of expertly executed French cuisine. He is in collaboration with Nicolas Lambert, the Pastry chef. A meal might begin with a selection of caviar and move through starters and fish and shellfish courses that have only the finest ingredients as their bedrock.
