Peking Hotpot

Chinese, Sharing, Family, Lifestyle
Beijing’s Michelin-starred Peking Hotpot has opened its first branch in Central. Originating from Sanlintun, Beijing, the restaurant is renowned for its traditional Beijing-style hotpot served in Qing dynasty-inspired vessels, allowing each diner to have their own individual pot. The restaurant offers high-quality hotpot ingredients like 180-day grass-fed lamb from Inner Mongolia’s Xillingol League, premium Wagyu beef, seafood, and fresh mushrooms from the Yunnan plateau. Guests can enhance their meal with various condiments, including Mongolian wild onion and peppercorn sauce for the lamb, aromatic ground sesame sauce, kelp-infused soy sauce with homemade radish paste, and slow-cooked dried chili and conpoy strip chili sauce. Peking Hotpot also features Peking opera performances every night at 7 pm and 8 pm, providing a cultural experience alongside the meal.
