The Charcoal Room is the first gourmet Korean charcoal grill house in Hong Kong. They lock the organic essence in the food, with a charcoal aroma coating. They aim to source all the best fresh beef all round the world, featuring premium Korean beef and wagyu beef. The staff will take over the cooking to ensure the highest flavour to the meat. The pieces of meat are dipped in samjang (fermented soybean) or a pungent (spicy fish-based sauce) then wrapped with lettuce, cabbage or perilla leaves. The restaurant offers extensive two-person set dinners or à la carte Premium piece of meat. The semi industrial decor complete the experience. Signature dish The Jeju thick pork shoulder with layered fat Hanwoo boneless rib The thick ox tongue Seolleongtang – hot broth poured over a bowl of rice, vegetables and sliced beef.
